1) Content of website information and copyright
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, market, resell or exploit for commercial purposes the content of the website.
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the services of the website, the security systems of the website or the contents of the website. Before placing an order, it is advisable to check the specifications and compatibility of individual products and if in doubt, contact us.
STRYKERS SRL administrators are constantly working to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed on the website. However, the site does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
Please note that photographs are provided for information purposes only and may display some product accessories which may not be included in the standard sales package.
2) User account
Use of the Site or certain sections of the Site requires the creation of a user account.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password; you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect that the security of your account has been breached, please notify the site administrator as soon as possible.
Strykers srl is not responsible for any damages that may occur from unauthorized use of your user account.
3) Prices
All published product prices are expressed in Euros and do not include any taxes, duties and charges applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be paid by the customer.
STRYKERS SRL. reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be the one indicated on the site at the time the order is placed and that no account will be taken of any variations (increases or decreases) subsequent to the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law relating to taxes, duties and duties.
4) Limitations of liability
The site and the company that operates the website will not in any case be held liable in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages for the use of this site or any other hyperlinked website including, without limitation, replacement costs, business interruptions, loss of data or damages arising from the use of or reliance on the information present.
Any information or news provided on this site, in particular any information or news relating to health conditions, medical and/or preventive treatments, drugs, pathologies or disorders is presented purely for indicative and general purposes and with the exclusive informative objective to guide the user to a correct and informed choice.
5) Right of withdrawal
The current legislation provides the consumer with the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing the right to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expense incurred. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection that have been opened after delivery.
The Customer is responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, namely:
- in the absence of the original packaging.
- in the absence of integral elements of the product (laces, insole, etc.)
- In case of prolonged use incompatible with the above-mentioned manipulation.
5.1 Refund Methods
The Customer has a period of 14 (fourteen) days to withdraw starting from the day of receipt of the goods. To obtain a refund, the customer must arrange for the shipment of the purchased product following the instructions of our staff. Shipping costs are paid by the sender.
If you do not know all the data to be entered, such as the order ID (identified by the name and email or order code received by email at the time of the order) , you can contact our customer service via EMAIL or Whatsapp.
The refund is made through the payment method used at the time of ordering or by bank transfer. The refund is made within 90 days of receiving the returned items - accompanied by a duly completed request, after the item has returned to the warehouse and a STRYKERS SRL operator has verified that the item is not damaged, then within 90 days, the refund will be duly made.
In the event of missing and/or incorrect data, STRYKERS SRL is not required to make the refund within the aforementioned terms.
Easy and safe return
Please note that returns are possible up to 14 days from the date of shipment and the return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Return Instructions:
- Please notify our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

Download and fill out the PDF form : SEND a copy by email and attach a front and back photo of the shoes you want to return.
Please insert the same paper form inside the package.( strykerscalzature@gmail.com ). - Prepare the package with the form and the products you want to return inside!
- Remember: the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging and must not have been worn (after cancellation of the refund)

After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product. (Except shipping costs)
Terms and conditions for returns
- The return of footwear can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer;
- The customer undertakes to send photographic material suitable for evaluating the condition of the items at the time of the return request.
– Shoes and shoe soles must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.
– Each product must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
– All footwear must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
- Shipping costs are not refunded;
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer;
- A form filled out in all its fields must be included inside the package;
- The amount of the returned products will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt of the return, in the same way as the payment was made, if paid by card or alternatively, if chosen, through a purchase voucher.
NB: if the payment for the order was made by cash on delivery, it is essential to indicate via email the method (purchase voucher or bank transfer - indicate IBAN via email) with which you wish to receive the refund;
– In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Strykers srl, it is requested to follow the same instructions reported above. Strykers srl reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
– Strykers srl reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. At the time of exchange, additional shipping costs are both charged to the customer.
– Strykers srl will not accept returned merchandise if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions of the return policy. In these cases, the merchandise will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address upon payment of shipping.
6) Incorrect and/or damaged shipments
In case of receiving damaged goods, the customer must communicate the problem encountered within and no later than 14 days by sending an email to strykerscalzature@gmail.com (or via Whatsapp), citing in the subject of the email "damaged items and the reference order number".
If you receive a damaged item, you must keep the original box and packaging, taking care to photograph the damaged items correctly.
If you receive a damaged package from the courier, the customer must sign with reservation, or refuse the package by communicating the problem encountered to strykerscalzature@gmail.com. Strykers srl will undertake to collect or exchange the damaged and/or mistakenly sent goods.
7) Buyer's obligations
The buyer, by accepting the terms and conditions of sale, undertakes to:
- pay via one of the payment services indicated by the operator;
- be available, in accordance with the courier's terms, to receive the products ordered;
- do not provide false reviews and false experiences in using the products, whether it is the manager's site or third-party sites not directly managed by the company.
In particular, we remind you that in the event of non-receipt of goods shipped cash on delivery, STRYKERS SRL may seek compensation from the defaulting customer for the recovery of the costs incurred for the unsuccessful shipment.
8) Proof of purchase
Current legislation provides that mail order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or receipt.
For all cases where it is necessary to show proof of purchase (for example for replacements under warranty), the courier's coupon is valid and must be kept appropriately.
9) Methods of delivery of products
By proceeding with the order, the customer authorizes our contracted couriers to collect the product from our warehouses on his behalf and in his name, and in the case of payment on delivery, to arrange for the delivery of the money.
10) Size change mode
The customer is required to send photos of the top and bottom of the shoes to the email strykerscalzature@gmail.com or contact the company at the Whatsapp telephone number +39 328 3961246 to verify the current condition of the shoes.
The exchange takes place at the same time as the delivery. That is, the customer must deliver the exchange package to the courier at the same time as the new delivery. Strykers srl asks to return the item without damaging it or altering its conformity in the original box and seal it with a plastic bag and scotch tape.
The size change will be shipped to the customer based on availability at the time of the exchange order. The exchange shipment will take place in maximum 15 days.
The exchange costs €14 for shipping, to be paid in cash to the courier or via a specific payment system.
In case of shipping errors or damaged goods, Strykers srl will cover the shipping and collection costs.
In the event of the customer sending damaged or non-compliant goods to the goods shipped, Strykers srl reserves the right to request compensation in euros for the value of the goods damaged, lost or retained by the customer.
11. Scalapay
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such assignment.”
