The exchange takes place at the same time as the delivery, so you will have to deliver the exchange package to the courier at the same time as the new delivery. We only ask that you pack the parcel in a box or plastic bag and close it with tape. 4. The package will be shipped based on availability at the time of the exchange order. Shipping will take place within 10 days maximum. 5. The exchange costs €14 for shipping, to be paid in cash to the courier or payable by card from the website.
Ps. In case you add a new pair of shoes to your order, the exchange will be free. For example: if you choose to order a pair of shoes costing €59, you will receive both the new pair and the exchange for only €59.
