To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, Strykers offers an efficient collection and shipping service for returns. If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to arrange a collection directly from your home or place of work:
1. Item Change: In case of item change the courier will leave the new order directly at the time of collection.
NB: In the case of an exchange or return, always remember to contact customer service before proceeding.
2. Return Request: Contact us via Whatsapp and request the return or exchange of the item you wish to return. Provide all the necessary information and select the reason for the return.
3. Package Preparation: Carefully package the item to be returned, using the original packaging if possible. Make sure the package is well sealed and that the return label provided is clearly visible.
4. Home Pickup: Our courier will come to pick up the package at the address and time you indicated. You do not have to worry about taking the package to a collection point, we will do everything for you.
5. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received and verified, we will send you a confirmation via email. Your refund will be processed according to the timeframes set out in our return policy.

The process begins with the analysis of the leather: the craftsman selects the best quality part and proceeds to cut it. The upper is then modeled on the last and carefully hammered to fit perfectly. Next, the seams are filed and the contact points with the foot are softened. Finally, the sole is fixed: the shoe is ready for the final finishing and polishing phase.
